Nakshe (Easy Plan)
Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike has introduced this special
scheme for streamlining sanction of building plans.This procedure is
applicable only for single unit residential buildings comprising of
ground floor/ground and first floor(including basement).
It is an endeavour to make it easy for citizens to get the building
plan of their residential houses sanctioned quickly and without hassles.
Depending on the ward/area where your property is please contact the
appropriate Engineering sub-division office to take advantage of the
Sulaba Nakshe scheme.
