SUB-DIVIDED LAND / LAYOUT PERTAINING TO PART I OF THE APPLICATION

 

For this example we have considered a site measuring 40’x60’ earmarked for residential purpose. The following parameters are assumed.

Site Area = 40’ x 60’ = 2400Sft i.e., 223.05Sq.m Site is being used for Residential purpose

A building of 3000 Sft has been built on the site Total Built up Area = 3000Sft i.e., 278.81Sq.m

Assumed Guidance value of Rs. 2000/- per Square feet i.e., Rs.21520/- per Square metre

(To convert area from Square feet to Square metre, divide the area by 10.76)

(To convert guidance value to Square metre, multiply by 10.76)
