PERTAINING TO PART II OF THE APPLICATION FORM

 

For this example we have considered a site of 50’ x 80’ dimension, earmarked for residential purpose in Revised Comprehensive Development Plan (RCPD) 1995. The building constructed in this site is being used for commercial purpose. The following measurements are assumed:

Site dimension : 50’x 80 = 4000 Sft i.e 371.75 Sq meters (to convert Sft into Sq m divide land area by 10.76

Built up area =5000 Sft i.e 464.68 Sq. m
