WORKED EXAMPLE FOR UNLAWFUL BUILDINGS PERTAINING TO
PART III OF THE APPLICATION FORM


 

For this example we have considered a site of 12m x 18m (216Sq.m) dimension, earmarked for residential purpose in Revised Comprehensive Development Plan (RCPD) - 1995 and in C Zone. The building has been built in the year 1998 and being used for Residential purpose. The following measurements are assumed:

Site dimension: 216 Sq meters                            Built up area = 324 Sq. m  
Guidance Value for Builtup Area Rs.5000/- per Sq.m.

Permissible FAR: 1. 25                           Permissible Built up Area = 1.25 x 216 = 270 Sq.m

Box 1. This Box is applicable if you have constructed building in non-converted agricultural land. (You have to pay this fees in addition to fee prescribed in Part I of the application)
