In exercise of the powers conferred under section 14-B of the Karnataka Town and Country Planning Act, 1961 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1963), and as per condition of 1 of the terms and conditions of the Government of Karnataka Notification No. UDD 154 BEM RUPRA 2004 dated 18-01-2005 the Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike notifies the following roads identified for road widening and for granting Transfer of Development Rights.
