Note for
Annexure - I:
- The fee specified above is
in addition to the fee to be collected by the Planning Authority
under Section 18 of the Act.
- In case of agricultural lands,
conversion fine to be levied under Section 95 of Karnataka
Land Revenue Act, 1964 shall also be collected by the competent
authority under this Act and paid to the State Government
to the respective head of account.
